Information we process

RideGo US may process account email, phone number, license status, device identifier, device model, app version, minimal service diagnostics, support messages and payment references. Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by RideGo.

Why we process it

We use this information to deliver purchased access, prevent license abuse, maintain service reliability, provide support, process refunds and comply with legal obligations.

Driver-offer processing

Offer recognition is designed to occur on the device. The commercial server package does not require screenshots of Uber, Uber Eats or Lyft offers. Future diagnostic uploads must be separately disclosed and consented to before activation.

Sharing and retention

Data may be processed by hosting, email and payment providers necessary to deliver the service. Records are retained only as long as needed for service, security, accounting and legal purposes.

You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting contact@ridego.online. Some financial records must be retained where required by law.
