We may process a technical installation or device identifier, app version, build number, iPhone model, iOS version, selected language and market, and technical operation information.
For accounts created with Sign in with Apple, we process the app-specific Apple user identifier, the email supplied by Apple, including Private Relay if selected, the name supplied on first sign-in and a random appAccountToken used to associate purchases securely.
A phone number is optional and stored separately only when the user enters it and agrees to be contacted about setup, subscription or support.
We process Apple purchase and subscription information, including the purchased product, transaction identifiers, Apple environment, entitlement status, payment date, renewal and expiry.
We may process the state of app functions, including Screen Broadcast and Picture in Picture, last activity, heartbeat, app version and diagnostic data required for stability, security and support.
Screen Broadcast is started manually by the user through the Apple interface. Visual detection, text recognition and calculation of indicators take place locally on the device.
RideGo does not automatically upload raw screenshots, complete offer text, addresses or locally processed images. RideGo receives such material only when a user voluntarily sends it to support.
Data is used to create and secure the account, associate and restore subscriptions, provide app functions, prevent fraud, diagnose errors and provide support.
We may identify situations such as an active subscription with an unconfigured app, Screen Broadcast or Picture in Picture not enabled, repeated errors or lack of activity, so that we can provide relevant assistance and help prevent loss of paid access.
The email or phone associated with the account may be used for service messages, including help with setup, payment, expiry, security or an account issue. Promotional messages are sent only where a separate legal basis exists and can be stopped.
We process data to perform the requested service and contract, comply with legal duties and pursue the legitimate interest of keeping the app secure, functional and able to provide relevant support.
The optional phone number and promotional messages are used only with the appropriate consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Data may be shared only as necessary with Apple for Sign in with Apple, StoreKit, the App Store, transaction verification and subscription notifications, and with our hosting, email, notification, security, backup and technical-support providers.
Providers receive only the data needed for their service and are required to protect it. RideGo does not sell or rent personal data and does not use it for behavioural advertising.
Some providers, including Apple or their subcontractors, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on applicable legal mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognised safeguards.
You may request further information about applicable safeguards at contact@ridego.online.
Account and profile data is retained while the account remains active. Subscription and transaction data may be retained as needed for tax records, legal claims, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
Heartbeat and current operational data are generally retained for up to 180 days. Technical and error logs are generally retained for 30 to 90 days. Support tickets may be retained for up to 2 years after closure unless a different period is legally required.
After account deletion, data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, generally no later than 30 days, except for data that must be retained by law.
RideGo may group users by subscription status, last activity, feature setup and detected errors to prioritise support and identify configuration problems.
These classifications do not produce legal or financial effects and are not solely automated decisions with significant effects. You may request an explanation or ask us to stop optional messages.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS connections, restricted access to administrative systems, technical tokens and identifiers, data minimisation, controlled backups and incident monitoring.
No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free, but access is limited to people and providers who need the data.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and may withdraw consent.
You may change or remove your phone number and stop optional messages. Requests can be sent to contact@ridego.online.
Account deletion can be initiated from the app or the dedicated public page. Before deletion, users are informed which data will be removed and which data may be retained by law.
Deleting the account, the app or RideGo data does not automatically cancel the Apple subscription. The subscription must be managed separately through the Apple Account to stop future billing.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, contact us at contact@ridego.online. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or the competent authority in your country of residence or work.
