These terms govern access to and use of the RideGo app.
RideGo is provided and operated by Cristian-Ionel Chelemen, individual trader, Romania. Contact: contact@ridego.online.
The Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to the app distributed through the App Store. Mandatory Apple licence terms prevail in case of conflict regarding the app licence.
RideGo helps users estimate the profitability of ridesharing offers based on information available on the device and settings entered by the user. Results are estimates.
RideGo does not automatically accept or reject rides, control ridesharing platform apps or make decisions on behalf of the driver. The final decision belongs solely to the user.
The app must be configured only while the vehicle is safely stationary. Users must not operate the app while the vehicle is moving where this causes distraction or breaches the law.
The RideGo card and displayed indicators are informational only. The user remains responsible for driving, compliance with platform rules and every accept or reject decision.
For new purchases, users sign in with Apple before subscribing. RideGo generates a random appAccountToken to associate payment, renewal, cancellation and restoration securely with that account.
Apple may provide a Private Relay address. Users must retain access to their Apple Account. A support phone number is optional.
Subscriptions created before accounts were introduced can be restored through Apple. Linking them later to a RideGo account may require sign-in and verification of the eligible transaction.
Access to RideGo functions may require an auto-renewable subscription through the App Store. Available plans, duration, price, currency and applicable taxes are displayed by Apple before purchase confirmation.
Payment is charged through the Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date under Apple rules. It can be managed or cancelled in Apple Account settings.
Deleting the app or RideGo account does not cancel the subscription. Restore Purchases may restore an eligible subscription associated with the same Apple Account.
appAccountToken is used to link the Apple purchase to the RideGo account. Transferring a purchase between accounts may require additional verification and may be refused if entitlement to the transaction cannot be confirmed.
When changing devices, users must sign in with the corresponding account and may use Restore Purchases. Hide My Email or Private Relay does not affect access where the same Apple Account and eligible transaction can be verified.
RideGo operation may depend on the iOS version, device model, Screen Broadcast, Picture in Picture, internet connection, Apple services and RideGo server availability.
Changes to third-party app interfaces may require RideGo updates. Interruptions, maintenance, temporary incompatibilities or limitations may occur and cannot always be prevented.
Income-per-hour, distance, time, cost and profit indicators are estimates and may differ from actual results. Users must verify information, configure costs correctly and account for traffic, fees and idle time.
RideGo may send service messages concerning setup, security, payment, expiry, access restoration or technical problems, including where a subscription is active but the app appears not to be configured or used.
Promotional messages are separate from service messages and may be stopped through the available choices.
The app must not be used for fraud, circumvention of security measures, unauthorised distribution or resale, subscription manipulation, attacks on the server, infringement of others’ rights, unauthorised reverse engineering or interference with the service.
Access may be restricted or suspended for fraud, attempted fraud, unauthorised sharing or resale, licence or subscription manipulation, attacks on the system, unlawful use, serious abuse of support or repeated breach of these terms.
Users may challenge a suspension by writing to contact@ridego.online. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
RideGo’s design, code, mark and content are protected by law. RideGo is independent and is not affiliated with, approved by or sponsored by Uber, Bolt, Lyft or other platforms mentioned. Third-party marks belong to their owners.
To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for losses resulting solely from accept or reject decisions, inaccurate estimates, third-party service interruptions, temporary incompatibilities or use contrary to instructions and law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Users may initiate account deletion from the app or the dedicated public page. Account deletion does not automatically cancel the Apple subscription or stop future billing; the subscription must be managed separately through the Apple Account.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the app, services or legal requirements. The current version is published on this page.
