The ridego.online website (the “Website”) provides information and access to RideGo applications for Android and iOS/iPadOS (the “App”) through the distribution channels available for each platform.

RideGo is a profitability assistant for ridesharing drivers. The App helps the user analyse more quickly whether a ride is profitable, based on information displayed on screen and estimates of time, distance, cost and profit.

The App may be used to analyse offers displayed in ridesharing applications such as Uber, Bolt or other similar platforms, depending on technical compatibility.

Provider and applicable legal information is published on the Website and on the official pages of the distribution channels used by RideGo.

By purchasing, you buy digital access to the RideGo App for the period displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.

Access may be provided as a code, licence key, validated account or automatic activation, depending on the available payment method.

The licence is intended for one user and can be activated on one phone. As a rule, the licence is linked to the first device on which it is activated.

The price and validity period are those displayed on the Website at the time of purchase. Only plans shown as active on the Website at the time of payment are available.

Recurring Stripe plans renew automatically at the stated monthly or yearly interval until the user cancels renewal. Cancelling stops future charges, while access remains available through the end of the already paid period.

The licence grants you the right to use the App for the purchased period. You do not receive ownership rights over the App, source code, design, licensing system or RideGo infrastructure.

Delivery is digital. After payment is confirmed, access may be displayed on screen, sent by email or activated automatically in the App, depending on the payment method and licensing system used.

No physical products are delivered.

The user is responsible for providing a correct email address whenever it is required for delivery, activation or access recovery.

If access is not delivered automatically for technical reasons, the user may contact RideGo support for verification and manual activation, provided the payment is confirmed.

RideGo analyses information visible on the phone screen using permissions explicitly granted by the user.

The App may read data such as the ride price, time to the customer, distance to the customer, ride time, ride distance, pickup address and destination, depending on what is displayed on screen and compatibility with the app being used.

Based on this information, RideGo may display estimates such as earnings per kilometre, hour and minute, estimated cost, estimated profit, total time, total distance and an indicative profitability verdict.

The App may use the phone’s GPS and external routing services, including Google Routes, to estimate traffic time and distance more realistically.

The results shown by RideGo are for information only. The App is a calculation and analysis tool, not a system that guarantees income or results.

The decision to accept, reject or ignore a ride always belongs to the driver. RideGo does not accept rides automatically, control ridesharing apps or modify Uber, Bolt or other platform systems.

The RideGo licence is personal and non-transferable.

Reselling, renting, distributing or allowing several people to use the same licence is not permitted, except where expressly approved by RideGo.

Unauthorised copying or modification of the App, decompilation, attempts to extract source code, bypassing the licensing system, using a false licence or distributing the App outside approved channels are prohibited.

The user is responsible for using RideGo in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the ridesharing platforms on which they operate.

RideGo helps you estimate whether a ride is worthwhile, but does not guarantee that every calculation is perfect.

The App is in beta, which means adjustments, testing, feature changes and possible technical errors may occur until the product is fully stabilised.

Results may be affected by the quality of on-screen text reading, clarity of the displayed offer, design changes made by ridesharing platforms, GPS accuracy, internet connection, actual traffic, external routing services and possible phone delays or technical errors.

Differences may exist between the estimate displayed by RideGo and the actual traffic situation or final ride earnings.

RideGo is an analysis and estimation tool. The user decides how to use the information displayed by the App and whether to accept or reject a ride. RideGo is not liable for any losses resulting from user decisions, interpretation of displayed estimates or activity carried out on ridesharing platforms.

If a genuine technical problem prevents use of the App, RideGo may refund the amount paid for that access period. RideGo does not cover other losses or costs resulting from use or non-use of the App.

In general, refund requests are reviewed according to the purchased access period, whether the licence was activated, the time elapsed since purchase, the existence of a confirmed technical problem and the degree of App use.

If a genuine technical problem occurs, the user must contact RideGo support and provide sufficient details for verification, such as phone model, App version, problem description and, where relevant, screenshots or recordings.

RideGo collects only the data needed to process the order, activate the licence, operate the App and provide support.

This data may include the email address, payment status, licence type, validity period, technical device identifier, phone model, App version and technical information required to verify the licence and App operation.

Card data is processed by the payment provider. RideGo does not store complete card details.

RideGo does not sell user data to third parties.

Certain data may be sent to external services strictly for App operation, such as payment processors, licensing services, routing services or email services, to the extent required to provide the service.

Any dispute will first be addressed amicably by contacting RideGo support.
